Exchange Procedures

Please request for an exchange by emailing us at within 7 Days from the day order is received. You can request for one-on-one exchange。

Please include the following details in your request email:

  • Order no:
  • Contact no (mobile / fixed line):
  • Product to exchange:
  • Reason for exchange:

Once we receive your request for exchange, we will contact you via email within 3 business days for further instructions. Please do not ship anything to us without having valid instructions from us.

In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (using standard courier service) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.

Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
