The reverse of the silver bar displays an ox standing under a blossoming tree. It bends down to drink from a refreshing pond while noting its reflection in the water. Inscriptions include the kanji for “Ox”.
The obverse of this silver bar showcases the backside view of the reverse design- viewers see a wagon wheel leaning against the tree which wasn’t visible on the reverse. The wheel symbolizes the cyclical nature of time. The detached wheel also draws attention to the Ox’s patience and faith that all will be “set right” in the near future. A wagon cart full of silver coins sits on the ground near the tree, representing good things to come in the future that currently remain unseen. Inscriptions include the PAMP Suisse logo, weight, purity, and unique serial number for the bar.
