In Chinese culture, people born in the year of the Goat - 1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003 and 2015 - are believed to be elegant, charming, artistic, gifted and calm.

Each coin is meticulously struck from 1oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality and diameter is 40.60mm. The coin’s reverse depicts a coloured representation of a goat standing in an enormous pile of gold coins and other riches. The gold has spilled forth out of a cornucopia, signifying bounty and wealth. The inscriptions WEALTH and 2015 YEAR OF THE GOAT also appear in the design with The Perth Mint’s traditional ‘P’ mintmark.

The Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2015 year-date and $1 Tuvalu legal tender monetary denomination are shown on the obverse of each coin.

The coin is housed in a grey display case, accompanied by an illustrated shipper and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
