2015 Perth Mint Koala 1 oz Silver Coin (With Capsule)
Showcasing one of Australia’s favourite animals, this ongoing Australian Koala Silver Coin Series portrays delightful and original artistry each year of the Australian koala in an outback setting.
The inscription "Australian Koala" appears, with the 2015 year date and precious metal weight and fineness indicated below. The Perth Mint's "P" mint mark is also incorporated. They are struck by The Perth Mint from 99.9% pure silver.
Obverses of the new Kookaburra Silver Bullion Coins contain the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Obverse inscriptions include "Elizabeth II," "Australia" and the legal tender face value of the coin.
MINT-TO-ORDER
No mintage limit applies to these coins for 12 months period. However, production will close at the end
of 2015 when The Perth Mint will declare each coin’s official mintage.
